We Use the Design-Build Construction Model
The design-build construction model is a project delivery method used in the construction industry. In this approach, a single entity, known as the design-builder, is responsible for both the design and construction phases of a project. This is in contrast to the traditional design-bid-build model, where the design and construction phases are handled by separate entities (an architect/engineer and a general contractor, respectively).
